About Massage Dynamics
As a high energy specialist with knowledge of multiple massage methods and advanced techniques, Clinton offers body assessments, treatment plans, and personal fitness training. Clinton selects massage techniques tailored to the client’s need for relief from discomfort or muscle tension. To achieve personal fitness, Clinton develops treatment tactics and coaches the client on strengthening, stretching, and relaxation techniques. Relief or reduction of chronic pain is a primary focus of Massage Dynamics. Clinton is trained in myoskeletal alignment techniques (MAT), a type of bodywork focused on how the body’s bones, connective tissue, and nerves work together, what patterns of activity result in pain and discomfort, and how to reduce or eliminate those irritations. Using MAT along with personal fitness training, the client’s body “re-learns” correct movement patterns and develops accurate motor skills along with balance and strength, resulting in better quality of life and pain-free movements.
